There are three elements that make CTI remote backup tick. Your computer running the CTI Remote Backup Client, the Internet and the CTI Remote Backup Server.
Your computer that is running the CTI Remote Backup Client securely connects to our CTI Remote Backup Servers over the Internet using the same encryption that banks use. The data that you have selected is transferred to our redundant servers at a scheduled time that you specify. Your data is held in our data center until you are ready for it. Simple as that.
With this hands off backup technique, you can take the human element of error out of the equation. Sometimes, employees or business owners forget or get too busy to do backups. This way you can set it and forget about it. You will receive e-mail notifications after every backup right in your inbox allowing you to be sure that your backup is working giving you the peace of mind that you have been after.
